Our services

Our nursing team is dedicated to providing a full range of care, including teaching, observation, wound care, and in-home IV therapy. Just like our experienced caregivers who specialize in looking after older adults with Alzheimer's and dementia, we're here to support you by managing behavior changes, offering comfort during challenging moments, and ensuring your safety throughout the process.

We offer physical and occupational therapy programs designed specifically for older adults and tailored to your unique needs. Our goal is to help you regain your strength and get you back to doing the things you love. Your quality of life is how we measure our quality of care.

We truly care about you, and that means caring for your comfort and well-being. Our dedicated care teams are here to lend a little help with your daily routine—including everything from assisting with bathing and getting dressed to making sure you can move around your home safely and get in and out of bed.

We're here to help you and your family understand and manage a wide variety of different health issues, such as heart problems, challenges with breathing, Parkinson's, hip or knee replacements, stroke, diabetes, and more. Our main goal is to give you and your loved ones the knowledge and tools needed to improve your health and your quality of life.

We want to make sure you're taking your medications safely and on time. So our caregivers help you stay on top of your regimen, helping you to organize medications, resolve prescriptions, avoid errors, and answering any questions you or your loved ones might have.

We're not just here for your physical well-being. We care for the whole you, which means supporting your emotional needs. Everyone has thoughts and worries that affect the way they live their lives, and sometimes, you need a little help seeing your way through a difficult time. The good news is that we’re here, and we will listen, talk, and hold your hand. We will be there for you, whenever you need us.

We're here to lend a hand and connect you with helpful resources that can make your life easier. Whether it's finding local services or assistance programs, or simply getting the information you need, think of us as your friendly guides, ready to make things easier and more convenient for you.

Commonly asked questions

Patients are allowed to leave home for medical reasons. In order to qualify for home health care, however, leaving home should require a considerable or taxing effort and require the assistance of others, or a supportive device like a cane, walker, or wheelchair.

Occasional absences from the home for non-medical reasons, such as a trip to the barber or beauty shop, attendance at a family reunion, funeral, or other infrequent events, does not disqualify a person from receiving home health care, as long as the absences from home are infrequent and of a short duration.

Patients can receive home health care as well as outpatient services at the same time if the outpatient services are something that the home health care company cannot provide in the home setting.

Chronically ill patients may experience periods when their condition worsens. This may require medication changes, treatment adjustments, symptom management, or additional education that could indicate the need for home health care services.

Home health care is available to help support patients and improve their functional ability. Education and training can be provided to caregivers and family members.

It depends on the type of help that you need. If your doctor has prescribed clinical help that would be administered by a registered nurse, physical therapist, or occupational therapist, this qualifies as home health care, which Medicare and other insurers typically cover. While you’re under the care of an in-home clinician, Medicare coverage for a home health aide or other caregiver can be assigned for bathing and certain other types of personal care.

Medicare will not pay for help with daily living activities such as non-prescribed personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, or housekeeping. The typical insurance that does cover these services is long-term care insurance, which is privately purchased. Some Medicare Advantage plans cover in-home personal care. You can also check whether you qualify for care through workers’ compensation insurance, veterans’ benefits, or other government programs.

We’re always here for you, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We're never more than a call away, day or night, every day of the week. You can reach out to us anytime, whether it's just for a friendly chat, or to schedule a visit. Patients, family, and loved ones—everyone is welcome to give us a call.
